Dispute Resolution Process at Taskly:
1. Open a dispute via the Taskly portal.
2. The concerned party will be contacted within 48 hours.
3. Evidence of task completion or non-completion will be gathered.
4. Payment holds will be placed where necessary.
5. A mediator will work with both parties to resolve the issue within 7 days.
6. Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved, it can be escalated to the relevant authority or legal action based on the issue (fraud, payment failures, etc.).
